Indirectly solicit definition

Indirectly solicit shall include, but are not to be limited to, providing Company's proprietary information to another individual, or entity, allowing the use of Executive's name by any company (or any employees of any other company) other than the Company, in the solicitation of the Business of Company's customers.
Indirectly solicit shall include, but is not be limited to, providing the Company’s Confidential Information to another individual, or entity, allowing the use of the Optionee’s name by any company (or any employees of any other company) other than the Company, in the solicitation of the Business of Company’s customers.
