Common use of Nonsolicitation of Employees Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Employees. During the term of the Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, the Executive shall not, either on his or her own account or for any person, firm, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or other entity within the Territory; (a) solicit any employee of the Company to leave his or her employment with the Company; or (b) induce or attempt to induce any such employee to breach his or her employment agreement with the Company.
