NON-SMOKING FACILITY. All of the buildings on the Fairgrounds are designated as non-smoking facilities. Exhibitor agrees to post such signs as may be necessary to inform all persons of this fact and to enforce this rule whenever necessary.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. The Museum is a non-smoking facility. This includes all outdoor gathering spaces located on the premises.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. No smoking or use of vapor products is permitted on the property, inside the building or within 6 Meters of doorways, air vents and open windows.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Check-In / Check-Out Procedures User representative will meet with the appointed Placer SPCA representative before User’s function to review check-in procedures, facility use, and check-out procedures. User, or User’s representative as noted below, will be present during the entire period that the facility is used. Placer SPCA will not accept delivery or oversee return of any catering, audio-visual, and/or other equipment for User’s event. User must oversee delivery and return during the use period. In addition to overseeing receipt and removal of all items used, User must ensure that: • All trash is picked up and removed from the building to the dumpsters located in the rear of the lot. • Any tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment and other items provided by Placer SPCA under this Agreement are clean. • Any kitchen items are clean and returned to their original location and the kitchen counters and floor are cleaned and swept. If the event ends after Placer SPCA business hours, User must close & lock all windows and doors in the used areas. User’s representative must, if applicable, check out with the Placer SPCA Staff Host assigned to the function. Decorations and signs may only be displayed with Placer SPCA approval. Placer SPCA is not responsible for User’s equipment or supplies left on its premises after User’s event.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the Xxxxxxxx Building. The Renter shall empty the receptacles outside the building entrance of cigarette butts and trash as part of the building cleanup required by this Agreement.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. 4. Groups using the Hall are required to replace equipment exactly as it was placed prior to the function. All refuse is to be removed from the building, bagged and placed in the containers provided. It is the responsibility of the lessee to check that all doors are secure and the building is left in a safe condition at the completion of the rental period.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. 21. NO ANIMAL(S) of any kind will be allowed on or in the office building, parking lot or any of the common areas. NO PETS of any kind are allowed on or in the office building, parking lot or any of the common areas. NO SECURITY ANIMALS of any kind will allowed on or in the office building, parking lot or any of the common areas. THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO REQUIRE THE ASSISTANCE OF AN ANIMAL QUALIFIED UNDER A STATE OF FEDERAL REGULATION SUCH AS THE "AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT." NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Smoking and all other tobacco and marijuana use is prohibited on all University property. The use of marijuana is prohibited under federal regulations.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. JHR is a non-smoking facility. No exceptions will be made.
NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Smoking is not permitted inside Xxxxxxxx Event Center building or balcony. Any person found smoking inside the Premises may be ejected from the Premises. The alarm systems in the Event Center building are extremely sensitive to smoke. User assumes all liability for any fire alarm response by emergency agencies and any consequences of an emergency response.
