User Representative means the person so designated on Schedule A hereto or any other person designated in a writing signed by User and delivered to Escrow Agent and the Contractor Representative in accordance with the notice provisions of this Escrow Agreement, to act as its representative under this Escrow Agreement.

  • Should it be required to remove Lift Equipment from service, the elevator mechanic shall coordinate the removal with the Authorized User Representative.
