User Representative definition

User Representative means the person so designated on Schedule A hereto or any other person designated in a writing signed by User and delivered to Escrow Agent and the Contractor Representative in accordance with the notice provisions of this Escrow Agreement, to act as its representative under this Escrow Agreement.

Examples of User Representative in a sentence

  • The liquidated damages shall be equal to two (2) times the Daily Rate (see above Daily Rate Formula) for each and every day beyond the due date until such time that the tests or inspections are complete and accepted by the Authorized User Representative.

Related to User Representative

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
