MYSTERY SHOPPER. 5.2.1. Concessionaire and its Subcontractors shall maintain a minimum score 85% throughout the Term of this Agreement on all Houston Airport System-provided mystery shopper evaluations.

MYSTERY SHOPPER. Concessionaire and its Subcontractors shall maintain an aggregate minimum score of 85% for every quarter as measured by the HAS Mystery Shop and Observations Programs throughout the Term of this Agreement on all Houston Airport System-provided mystery shopper evaluations. In addition to the termination rights in Section 14.1, Director shall have the right to assess liquidated damages in an amount of $5,000.00 per occurrence for Concessionaire’s failure to meet any of the requirements of Section 5.2, inclusive of all sections therein. Concessionaire and City stipulate that any such assessment shall not be construed as a penalty; rather, Concessionaire and City stipulate that the damages resulting from any such violation will be difficult to measure and ascertain and that $5,000.00 per occurrence is a reasonable estimation of the damages suffered by the City. Any assessment of liquidated damages by the Director shall be paid to City by Concessionaire within 10 days of receipt of an invoice for such damages.
MYSTERY SHOPPER. Programme TRX agrees to participate in Opodo’s monthly mystery shopper program with an outside vendor by contributing * in the aggregate until Opodo discontinues or in-sources such program.
MYSTERY SHOPPER. The AUTHORITY may monitor, test, or inspect CONCESSIONARE’S service at any time by Airport Staff, or through the use of a responsible shopping service or by other commercially reasonable means that do not unduly interfere with CONCESSIONAIRE’S business.
MYSTERY SHOPPER. City requires Operator to conduct monthly mystery shopper surveys at least two (2) times per contract year and provide a report detailing the findings to the Airport Director within thirty (30) calendar days following the survey.
MYSTERY SHOPPER. The City shall have the right, at any time, without limitation, to monitor and test the quality and effectiveness of Bus Operator’s services, compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, adherence to the operations and procedures described in the SOP, customer service, and credit card/cash-handling procedures through the use of a professional shopping service operator employed by the City and/or subcontractor. In the event such shopping service determines that the level of Bus Operator’s service is below that required by the Agreement, Bus Operator shall take corrective action.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Cellular Phone Employer shall provide Employee with a cellular phone for his use in performing his responsibilities with Employer. In the alternative, Employer shall pay Employee’s cellular phone expense.

  • Interactive Data The interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language included as an exhibit to the Registration Statement or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement fairly presents the information called for in all material respects and has been prepared in accordance with the Commission’s rules and guidelines applicable thereto.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Company Car Throughout the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to the exclusive use of a company car of at least the same type and quality as that furnished to Employee as of the date of this Agreement. Employer shall replace such company car from time to time with new vehicles, such that the company car provided to Employee shall at no time be older than two (2) years. All expenses of maintenance, operation and insurance shall be paid by Employer or reimbursed by Employer to Employee.

  • Business Travel, Lodging, etc Employer shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him/her in connection with his/her performance of services hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to Employer, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with Employer’s business travel reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Company Automobile During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive use of a Company automobile with a lease value of up to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,500.00) per month for Executive’s business or personal use, less any required taxes or withholdings.

  • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.
