Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by CIMB under these terms and conditions (and/or such other terms and conditions as CIMB may from time to time prescribe);

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by the Broker under the terms and conditions of this Agreement or such other terms and conditions as the Broker may from time to time prescribe;

Examples of Transactional Services in a sentence

• Any queries arising from financial and other relevant reports and any general day to day enquiries about the service should be addressed to the Head of Finance and Transactional Services.

• Any issues concerning any aspect of the delivery of the service or terms of this agreement that can not be satisfactorily resolved with Head of Finance and Transactional Services should be referred to the Council’s Corporate Director: Resources.

• You may also be required, based on your ordering and payment history, to provide pre- billing statement payment by credit card or such other payment method as we may designate for Transactional Services.

• All such remedial or preventative actions shall be deemed Transactional Services approved hereunder and Customer shall issue a purchase order for such Transactional Services as soon as practicable.

• All Transactional Services performed hereunder shall be billed monthly in arrears for the Transactional Service performed during the previous month.

More Definitions of Transactional Services

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by the Broker relating to SCF under the terms and conditions of this Agreement or such other terms and conditions as the Broker may from time to time prescribe;

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by CGS-CIMB under these Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions as CGS- CIMB may from time to time prescribe;

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by CGS SG under these terms and conditions (and/or such other terms and conditions as CGS SG may from time to time prescribe) except Financial Advisory Services.

Transactional Services means the electronic B2B, G2B or B2G service(s) that is linked to or provided through the System or Websites;

Transactional Services. (as described in the Revenue Protection Code of Practice) shall be calculated in accordance with the charges set out in Part 1 of Schedule 4, and all such charges shall be paid in accordance with Part 2 of Schedule 4.

Transactional Services means and refers to the online alternate dispute resolution services offered on the Website and availed by a Transactional User (as defined below), whereby such Transactional User is provided access to an online portal to initiate, participate, transition ongoing external alternate dispute resolution proceedings onto the portal or be involved in alternate dispute resolution (including arbitration, mediation and conciliation) proceeding(s), in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use and the Services Agreement, if applicable.

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by CGS MYF under these Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions as CGS MYF may from time to time prescribe;
