Transactional Services definition

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by CGS-CIMB under these terms and conditions (and/or such other terms and conditions as CGS-CIMB may from time to time prescribe) except Financial Advisory Services.

Examples of Transactional Services in a sentence

• In order to be assigned the above mentioned password, the Member in question shall designate the Trader and send a written request to the BMV (Capital Transactional Services Department) to which it shall attach a letter of responsibility, signed by its CEO, regarding use of the password, as per the forms specified in Appendices 1 through 5 hereof.

• The Client will bear all losses, damages, or costs that result from any currency conversion connected with any transaction for the Account or any of the Transactional Services.

• Special payments Where an urgent clearing house automated payment system (CHAPS) payment is required, a CHAPS payment request form must be completed and forwarded to the Head of Transactional Services who then checks for correct required signatures and supporting paperwork.

• Where the Transactional Services are made available on separate or additional terms, those terms shall be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions.

• Any queries arising from financial and other relevant reports and any general day to day enquiries about the service should be addressed to the Head of Finance and Transactional Services.

More Definitions of Transactional Services

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by CGS-CIMB under these Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions as CGS- CIMB may from time to time prescribe;

Transactional Services means the electronic B2B, G2B or B2G service(s) that is linked to or provided through the System or Websites;

Transactional Services means any services provided to Client by CGS-CIMB pursuant to this Client Agreement, including but not limited to DMA Services.

Transactional Services means and refers to the online alternate dispute resolution services offered on the Website and availed by a Transactional User (as defined below), whereby such Transactional User is provided access to an online portal to initiate, participate, transition ongoing external alternate dispute resolution proceedings onto the portal or be involved in alternate dispute resolution (including arbitration, mediation and conciliation) proceeding(s), in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use and the Services Agreement, if applicable.

Transactional Services. (as described in the Revenue Protection Code of Practice) shall be calculated in accordance with the charges set out in Part 1 of Schedule 4, and all such charges shall be paid in accordance with Part 2 of Schedule 4.

Transactional Services means any services provided to the Client by the Broker relating to SCF under the terms and conditions of this Agreement or such other terms and conditions as the Broker may from time to time prescribe;

Transactional Services means any services which relate to the trading in Bullion CFD, Foreign Exchange Trading, and/or Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading provided to the Client by SRDFS under these Terms and Conditions;
