The "Monitor and test" clause requires parties to regularly observe and assess certain processes, systems, or activities to ensure they are functioning as intended and meeting specified standards. In practice, this may involve conducting periodic reviews, audits, or technical tests, such as security assessments or performance evaluations, to identify any issues or non-compliance. The core function of this clause is to proactively detect problems or vulnerabilities, thereby enabling timely corrective action and maintaining ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
