Business Travel, Lodging, etc. Employer shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him/her in connection with his/her performance of services hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to Employer, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with Employer’s business travel reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as in effect from time to time.
Business Travel, Lodging, etc. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meals, business-related entertainment, and other reasonable expenses incurred by him in connection with his performance of services hereunder, upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to the Company, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with the Company’s expense substantiation policy applicable to its United States senior executives (including any policy applicable to United States employees in general) as in effect from time to time (the “Expense Policy”).
Business Travel, Lodging, etc. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to the Company, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with terms and conditions of the Company's business expense reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as in effect from time to time.

Business Travel, Lodging, etc. Subject to Section 20(k)(iii) herein, during the Employment Period, the Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder upon submission of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense, provided that such expenses are permitted under the terms and conditions of the Company’s business expense reimbursement policy applicable to executives at Executive’s grade level, as in effect from time to time. Subject to Section 20(k)(iii) herein, during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for the annual membership dues for two (2) airline club memberships of Executive’s choosing, subject to, and contingent upon, Executive’s continued employment with the Company.
Business Travel, Lodging, etc. During the Employment Period, the Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder upon submission of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense, provided that such expenses are permitted under the terms and conditions of the Company’s business expense reimbursement policy applicable to executives at Executive’s grade level, as in effect from time to time. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for the annual membership dues for two (2) airline club memberships of Executive’s choosing.

Any reimbursement in accordance with this Section 5(b) shall be made promptly as incurred, and in no event later than December 31 of the year following the year in which such expenses were incurred, and the amount of such expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any year shall not affect the amount of such expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other year.
Business Travel, Lodging, etc. The Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable business, travel (business class airfare shall be considered reasonable for any flight (inclusive of connecting flights) with a flight time longer than five hours), lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by Executive in connection with Executive’s performance of services hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to the Company, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense, and otherwise in accordance with the Company’s expense policy applicable to its employees as in effect from time to time.
