Mulches. X. Xxxxx Mulch: Provide air-dry, clean, mildew- and seed-free, salt hay or threshed straw of wheat, rye, oats, or barley.

Mulches. The type of mulch and requirements for use shall be stated on the contract drawings. Where timber mulch is to be used, one of two grades may be required, as follows, to be agreed with the Contract Administrator. Chipped conifer bark, size range 25–75 mm, maximum 15% fines, composted for a minimum of six weeks prior to delivery. An organic mulch comprising composted wood chips or bark, free of fungi and diseases, methyl bromide contamination or foreign material. Mulch to be spread evenly over the planting bed, or over a 1m diameter circle around trees, to a depth of 75 mm.
Mulches. Hydraulic mulch shall not inhibit growth or germination of the seed mix. Hydraulic mulch shall be dry, free of weeds and other foreign materials, and shall be supplied in factory sealed packages bearing the manufacturer’s label indicating the product name and mass.
Mulches. Mulches modify the extremes of soil temperature and improve soil by producing humus, and reducing evaporation loss. Suggested minimum depth for mulches is three inches (3”). Mulches are typically used in shrubs and groundcover beds and may consist of a variety of organic materials such as ground bark, wood chips, pole peelings or chipper chips. Natural wood mulch has environmental advantages to plant material and its use is strongly encouraged. Stone or gravel mulch with harsh, unnatural or high contrast colors shall be prohibited, including the use of black granite, white marble and lava rock.‌
Mulches. A. Organic Mulch: Free from deleterious materials and suitable as a top dressing of trees and shrubs, consisting of one of the following:
Mulches. 2.11.1 Wood chips shall be obtained primarily from disease -free green hardwood, shall be 1/4 inch in nominal thickness, and 50 percent shall have an area of not less than one square inch nor more than six square inches. Not more than 2 percent shall consist of leaves, twigs, or shavings, and it shall be free of materials injurious to plant growth. Wood chip mulch must be approved prior to use. Where wood chips are specified, bark may only be used when permitted.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Furniture Sub-Sublandlord represents and warrants that all furniture and equipment listed and described in Schedule “B” attached hereto is within the Sub-Subleased Premises (such equipment and furniture is hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Existing Furniture”). The Sub-Sublandlord warrants that the Existing Furniture is free of any financial lien or hypothec and that there are no service contracts affecting the Existing Furniture. The parties acknowledge and agree that, upon the execution and delivery of this Sub-Sublease, without the requirement of any additional consideration, all rights, title and ownership in and to the Existing Furniture shall be conveyed to and vest in Sub-Subtenant and Sub-Subtenant shall be free to maintain and/or dispose the Existing Furniture as Sub-Subtenant so elects in its sole discretion but subject to the terms hereof. The foregoing conveyance with respect to the Existing Furniture shall be self-executing and no additional documentation shall be required in order to evidence the aforementioned assignment and conveyance of the Existing Furniture to Sub-Subtenant. Sub-Sublandlord makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, fitness or suitability of such Existing Furniture for Sub-Subtenant’s purposes. Sub-Subtenant may, as it deems appropriate or necessary, reconfigure the Existing Furniture to combine with any of Sub-Subtenant’s furniture and equipment. Sub-Sublandlord shall have no obligation for the maintenance, repair or replacement of any such Existing Furniture.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Leak-Out The Buyer’s sale of the Common Stock issued upon exercise of the Warrant, on each respective Trading Day (as defined in the Note) (each a “Trading Day”) during the Leak Out Period (as defined in this Agreement), shall be limited to the greater of (i) a gross dollar amount of $15,000.00 or (ii) 20% of the Daily Dollar Volume (as defined in this Agreement) on the respective Trading Day. “Leak Out Period” shall mean the period beginning on the date of the consummation of the Uplist Offering and continuing through the date that is three (3) calendar months after the date of the consummation of the Uplist Offering. “Daily Dollar Volume” shall mean, with respect to each Trading Day, the total volume of shares of the Common Stock traded on the respective Trading Day (as reported by Quotestream or other similar quotation service provider designated by the Buyer) multiplied by the highest traded price of the Common Stock on the respective Trading Day (as reported by Quotestream or other similar quotation service provider designated by the Buyer).
