Fertilizer. Ensure that all employees applying fertilizer, possess a current Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Commercial Applicator license in accordance with Section 482.1562, F.S. provide a copy of current certificates to the Engineer. The numerical designations for fertilizer indicate the minimum percentages (respectively) of (1) total nitrogen, (2) available phosphoric acid, and (3) water-soluble potash, contained in the fertilizer.
