Monthly Service Fees. Fees for service ordered by You shall begin on the date of the initial order and that date shall serve as the monthly anniversary date (“Anniversary Billing Date”) for all future xxxxxxxx including one time fees, upgrades, additional services, cancellations and service credits. Fees are due in advance of the monthly service cycle and will be billed on the anniversary date of each month.

Monthly Service Fees. Customer agrees to pay the monthly service fees, as set forth in the Service Order, effective once Agreement is signed and upon Completed Installation of Service. At the time of Completed Installation, Customer will be billed the installation fee (if applicable), equipment costs (if applicable), the prorated monthly service charge, as well as the first full month of Service. Thereafter, the Service fee will be billed to the Customer monthly, in advance. All payments shall be due in full and within 20 days after receipt of invoice.
Monthly Service Fees. The initial monthly service fees will be in accordance with the rates in effect on the Occupancy Date.
Monthly Service Fees. Provider’s monthly prices per end-user are made available off the website and its following links at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx . Provider reserves the right to change or modify these prices if our costs increase. Should Provider exercise its right to raise prices, the following conditions will apply: Provider must show in writing that its costs have increased to each Customer that requests this information and Provider may only raise prices the same percentage as Providers costs have increased. Should the Customer not contest the price increase within 30 days the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract at the new rate. If the Customer contests the price increase and Provider can show in writing that its costs have increased, Customer agrees to be bound by the term of the agreement at the new costs. If Provider cannot prove in writing that its costs have increased, Provider shall continue providing customer the service at the old rate.
Monthly Service Fees. In consideration of Castlight’s provision of the Castlight Services (including the Castlight Services to *** Users) under Section 2 of this First Addendum, for each month (or portion thereof) during the Term (as defined in the MSA) after the Launch Date, Customer will pay Castlight, in accordance with Section 11, the Service Fee (as calculated under this Section 10).

Monthly Service Fees. OnStar shall pay to Magic a monthly service fee as set forth in Exhibit C (Monthly Service Fees) hereto (the "MONTHLY SERVICE FEE"). On or before the 15th day of each calendar month, Magic shall invoice OnStar the Monthly Service Fee for the immediately preceding calendar month. The invoice shall specify the dates of service. OnStar will make payment of each such invoice on or before the second day of the second month following receipt of the services by OnStar. For example, if service is provided in October and an invoice is issued to OnStar (showing the dates of service) on or before November 15th, payment of all non-disputed amounts would be made by December 2nd.
Monthly Service Fees. Subscriber agrees to pay a monthly service fee (“Monthly Service Fee”) as provided on the LTE 4G Cellular Internet Service Activation Form and Agreement, which is incorporated herein as if stated in full. The Monthly Service Fee shall include an initial 1GB of data per billing cycle. All Monthly Service Fees subsequent to the first month shall be invoiced to the Subscriber only a monthly cycle.
