Service Cycle definition
Service Cycle means the period designated by Service Provider for calculating Service Charge which is not more than 31 days for one cycle.
Service Cycle. A Service Cycle is a natural month.

Such acknowledgement will include Supplier's committed delivery date for the order; provided that, in establishing such delivery date, Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the delivery dates specified in Buyer's Purchase Order and to meet or reduce the Device and Service Cycle Times set forth in Exhibit A.
The Device and Service Cycle Times set forth in Exhibit A shall be updated quarterly, upon mutual agreement of the Parties.
