Price Increase. When the ratio SI/ SB is calculated to be greater than 1.05, the Contractor will receive a price increase, for applicable steel material having an invoice date that falls within the month for which the SI index price was posted, to be determined in accordance with the following formula: P.I. = (SI / SB - 1.05) (SB) (ST) where:
Price Increase. Should it become necessary or proper during the term of this contract to make any change in design or any alterations that will increase expense Region 4 ESC must be notified immediately. Price increases must be approved by Region 4 ESC and no payment for additional materials or services, beyond the amount stipulated in the contract, shall be paid without prior approval. All price increases must be supported by manufacture documentation, or a formal cost justification letter. Awarded vendor must honor previous prices for thirty (30) days after approval and written notification from Region 4 ESC if requested. It is the awarded vendor’s responsibility to keep all pricing up to date and on file with Region 4 ESC. All price changes must be provided to Region 4 ESC, using the same format as was accepted in the original contract.

It is Vendor’s responsibility to keep all pricing up to date and on file with Region 10 ESC. All price changes must be provided to Region 10 ESC, using the same format as was accepted in the original contract.
Price Increase. The Company may change the price of the products that I have selected. If the price of a specific product is increased, then the Company will provide me with written notice via email and/or publication on the Nu Skin website (xxx.xxxxxx.xxx) at least thirty (30) days prior to the price increase, and unless I direct them to do otherwise, will continue to send me the selected products at the increased price. No notice will be given for price changes resulting from a modification of the applicable VAT rate.
Price Increase. In the event AMD sells a Combined Product to a Customer or Channel Partner in an amount that is in excess of the RSP at the time the order was booked for such Product, the Purchase Price shall be automatically increased to an amount equal to the applicable percentage (as set forth in Section 12.4.1 above) of the actual sales price of such Product.
Price Increase. The Unit Pricing may be adjusted on an annual basis, effective on the first day of each Contract Year beginning January 1, 2008, upon ninety (90) days’ written notice from Cardinal Health to Reliant. Any price adjustment shall limit the increase in component (b) to [***] ([***]%); provided, however, Cardinal Health shall use its best commercial efforts to limit any increases hereunder as much as possible and Cardinal Health agrees to provide backup documentation for all annual increases, if any, and such costs and related documentation shall be auditable upon reasonable notice by an independent third party reasonably acceptable to Cardinal Health and Reliant. Reliant shall bear all costs associated for such audit, unless such audit reveals that Cardinal Health exceeded the permitted increase, in which case Cardinal Health shall bear the costs of the audit and shall credit such overpayment to Reliant.
Price Increase. Subject to Section 4.6 of the General Conditions and this Section 6.9, DB Contractor shall be entitled to an increase in the Price as follows: (a) 50% of DB Contractor’s Reimbursable Karst Features Costs for Unknown Karst Features encountered by DB Contractor that exceed $500,000 but do not exceed $1,250,000; (b) 100% of Reimbursable Karst Features Costs for Unknown Karst Features encountered by DB Contractor that exceed $1,250,000; and (c) 100% of Reimbursable Karst Features Costs for Unknown Karst Features encountered on Additional Properties acquired as a result of a TxDOT-Directed Change. DB Contractor shall be responsible for all other costs related to karsts.
Price Increase. The Unit Pricing shall be adjusted on an annual basis, effective on each July 1st of the Term, based on the Producer’s Price Index (PPI) [***] as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Statistics, upon sixty (60) days’ written notice from Catalent to Client.
Price Increase. The supplier is expected not to increase prices for its products and services. If the price increase is necessary for supplier survival it must be requested in writing at least 90 days prior to the increase. Based on the annual accumulated increase the appropriate Composite Resources Manager / Director will be involved.
