Occupancy Date definition

Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;
Occupancy Date means the first day on which the Project is placed in service, as set forth on the Summary Page hereof.
Occupancy Date means the date the Purchaser is given Occupancy.

More Definitions of Occupancy Date

Occupancy Date means the date the Purchaser is given Occupancy on or before Closing.
