Monthly Service Fee definition

Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

Monthly Service Fee means as defined in Schedule A.

• In the event that one member of a couple transfers to higher levels of support, the Monthly Service Fee continues to reflect the two-person rate of the independent living residence in which the other member of the couple remains.

• Upon the death of one resident, the surviving resident will pay the applicable single- person rate (Refer to the Monthly Service Fee schedule presented in Section VI.C.).

• For single residents or both members of a couple who transfer to a higher level of support, and who have released their independent living residence for re-marketing, the Monthly Service Fee will be reduced to a level rate as presented in Carol Woods’ prevailing monthly fee schedule.

More Definitions of Monthly Service Fee

Monthly Service Fee means the charge paid by the Resident, monthly, pursuant to the Agreement.

Monthly Service Fee means the monthly recurring fees payable by the Customer specified in the Service Order.

Monthly Service Fee means the monthly charges due to Faircom by the Subscriber under this Agreement in relation to the Services and equipment, excluding any once-off charges;

For any conflict between a Program Guide and this Agreement, this Agreement controls. “Pollutants” mean any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed. “Replacement Equipment” means a wireless device of the same make, storage and model (but not necessarily color), or if the same make, storage and model is not available, the replacement equipment will be a different model of similar feature, functionality and fair market price to the Covered Device at the time of the Claim (but may not be the same brand or model), with the same operating system and will not be a model that is older than the Covered Device, which We provide to You in the event of a Failure of the Covered Device. Replacement Equipment becomes the Covered Device once it has been delivered to You. “Seller” means the party from whom You purchased the Program specified in the Program Guide or as listed on your receipt. “Retail Price” means that suggested non-discounted, non-subsidized retail price of the Covered Device at the Effective Date of this Agreement. “Terrorism” means an act, including but not limited to, the use of force or violence and/or the threat thereof, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organization(s) or government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section of the public, in fear. “Wireless Service Provider” or “Carolina West” means Carolina West Wireless, Inc.

Monthly Service Fee means the total charges paid by you for the Service in one billing month. If you pay for the Service by upfront lump sum payment, Monthly Service Fee equal to the lump sum payment divided by the number of months of the Service covered by such payment.

Monthly Service Fee means the monthly service fee paid by the Customer to Xxxxxx Xxxxx for the Services rendered as stated in the Service Order;
