Meal Allowance and Crib Allowance. In the circumstances where an employee is required to work more than two hours overtime after the ordinary ceasing time, Monday to Friday, a meal will be provided or a payment of $10.50 for meals will be made. In the circumstances where an employee is required to work one and a half hours or more overtime after the usual ceasing time, Monday to Friday, a payment of $30.00 for meals will be made. This allowance will be in lieu of the first 20 minutes crib payable for overtime Monday to Friday found in the Modern Award. The usual ceasing time for the purposes of this Agreement is eight (8) hours per day. Provided that employees who are in receipt of board and accommodation, or the full Living Away from Home Allowance prescribed in Clause 6.6, shall not be entitled to the meal allowance. Only in circumstances whereby the employee is being provided with accommodation and board and misses the provided meal due to the overtime, will the employee be paid this meal allowance.
