Management Consulting. Draft, modify and perfect strategic development plan, business and investment plan, product and service marketing development strategic plan, annual financial budget plan, internal management plan, and basic management principles of Party B, supervise and urge Party B to act pursuant to these plans and principles.
Management Consulting. WFHM will provide the part time consulting services of its in market Regional and/or Divisional Manager and Regional Operations Specialist.
Management Consulting. The Company shall engage the Consultant, and the Consultant accepts management consulting engagement with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for the period beginning on the execution date and ending as provided in Section 4 (the “Management Consulting Period”).
Management Consulting. (1) Provide planning, training and tracking assistance to the Client through the completion of the Offering.
Management Consulting. Inasmuch as Seller is experienced in working with governmental agencies that provide assistance to the tenants at the Property and is experienced in managing the Property, Seller agrees to, upon request, provide consulting services to Buyer and/or Buyer’s retained management company for 24 months from the closing of the sale as to issues related to the Property and/or governmental agencies that provide assistance to the tenants at the Property. Said consulting services shall be provided by whatever representative(s) Seller appoints and may from time to time change at Seller’s sole discretion. Buyer shall contact Seller for said consulting no more than twice a month, and the total amount of xxxx Xxxxxx shall be required to provide for such consulting services shall not exceed two hours per month. Seller’s representative shall not be obligated to contact anyone outside of Buyer in the scope of such consulting, but shall be permitted to voluntarily agree to make such outside contacts upon Buyer’s request and within Seller’s sole and absolute discretion.
Management Consulting. Our approach to management consulting engagements is characterized by the following four components:
Management Consulting. Consultant will assist the Company in --------------------- specific executive recruiting and hiring projects identified by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Company.
Management Consulting. For the duration of this agreement and until such time as the final payments are made to the Sellers under Section 2.1(B)(b) and (c), and for consideration to be provided under a separate employment agreement (the “Employment Agreement”), Xxxxxxx shall continue to advise, support and transition the organization and operations of MM&S as requested and directed by the Buyer. Furthermore, Xxxxxxx agrees to support all desired retention, integration, transition, transformation and gross margin improvement efforts of the Buyer for MM&S operations, employees, suppliers, partners and customers, and to support and assist with the integration, consolidation and successful transition of personnel, operations, partners, suppliers and customers of MM&S into the Buyer’s national operations.
Management Consulting. Meridian's services in connection with the management consulting objectives of this engagement have included the development of a restructuring plan, which includes the shutdown of its Mexican operations and a significant reduction in its administrative expenses. Going forward, Meridian may be involved in assisting with the implementation stage. In consideration for Meridian providing its services, the Company agrees to pay the retainer, all hourly billable fees, all out-of-pocket expenses, and a success fee as described below.
Management Consulting. Xxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxx Xxxxxxxx shall assist management in the structure or re-structuring of the company, with any spin-off, or the creation of any new subsidiary that Xxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxx Xxxxxxxx may be of assistance.
