The City and the Union agree that any revocation of an employee’s authorization to withhold fees must be consistent with the limitations included in the payroll authorizations signed by the employee, including compliance with the appropriate window period. If employee sends an otherwise proper revocation of their authorization before the annual window period, the City will continue to deduct amounts equal to the dues and assessments certified by the Union from the employee’s paycheck until the next window period.
