Any revocation of an employee’s authorization to withhold fees must be consistent with the limitations included in the payroll authorizations signed by employees.

The City and the Union agree that any revocation of an employee’s authorization to withhold fees must be consistent with the limitations included in the payroll authorizations signed by the employee, including compliance with the appropriate window period. If employee sends an otherwise proper revocation of their authorization before the annual window period, the City will continue to deduct amounts equal to the dues and assessments certified by the Union from the employee’s paycheck until the next window period.

  • Maintenance of Facilities 5.1 The Network Customer shall maintain its facilities necessary to reliably receive capacity and energy from the Host Transmission Owner’s transmission system consistent with Good Utility Practice. The Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, as appropriate, may curtail service under this Operating Agreement to limit or prevent damage to generating or transmission facilities caused by the Network Customer’s failure to maintain its facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner may seek as a result any appropriate relief from the Commission.

  • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation.
