Low Income Customers i. Electric Assistance Program (“EAP”). EAP is a discount electric rate available to qualifying customers from their Local Utility. If you are currently on such a rate with the Local Utility, we suggest that you not enroll with NAP as the program benefits do not apply to NAP’s charges.

Low Income Customers. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 164 §1F94)(i), applicable regulations, and the EBT Standards, Company guarantees payment to Competitive Supplier for Customers billed under Standard Passthrough Billing Service for all power sold to each Customer served on the Company’s filed Low-Income Rate(s). The guaranteed payment to Competitive Suppliers using the Passthrough Billing Service option shall be calculated as indicated in Article 11. Competitive Supplier agrees to cease Generation Service with such Customers prior to the request for payment on the guarantee. The guaranteed payment amount shall be calculated in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions using the lower of: (1) the Default or Basic Service price; (2) Competitive Supplier’s price as billed; or (3) such other billing price that is determined appropriate by the MDPU, for the three most recent Company monthly billing periods for the Customer. Competitive Supplier agrees to assign to Company all amounts payable by such Customers for which Competitive Supplier exercises its option to receive guaranteed payment from the Company. If the Customer makes a payment to the Competitive Supplier after the Competitive Supplier receives a payment from the Company on the guarantee, and such payment results in a credit balance on the Customer’s account with the Competitive Supplier, Competitive Supplier must repay that balance, up to the guaranteed amount, to the Company. Competitive Supplier shall retain such specific records for two (2) years from the date of payment on the guarantee as may be required to support the validity of its requests for payment on the guarantee. Company may request the production of such documents to allow for a review of the guaranteed payment process. Such documents shall be produced by Competitive Supplier within ten (10) business days of such request.
Low Income Customers a. Low-Income Rate Eligibility: A discount on your LDC’s distribution charges is available to qualifying residential customers. Contact your LDC for eligibility requirements and an application. These distribution charges do not form part of the Agreement and any eligibility for a discount is a matter between you and your LDC.

There is a network of weatherization agencies that serve these customers, often providing free energy efficiency improvements. Low income eligible customers need to understand that by receiving Mass Save RCS incentives they are forfeiting their eligibility for free weatherization services.  Correct Program Administrator The Mass Save RCS program is funded by program administrators such as electric and gas utility companies. These companies only pay for home energy assessments that are for their customers. The Energy Specialist needs to verify that the customer is a customer of the utility company paying for the home energy assessment. If there are any concerns, contact the appropriate CSR before proceeding with the home energy assessment.

  • Use of Customer Statements The Contractor shall not use any statement attributable to the Customer or its employees for the Contractor’s promotions, press releases, publicity releases, marketing, corporate communications, or other similar communications, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.

  • No Reliance on Administrative Agent’s Customer Identification Program Each Lender acknowledges and agrees that neither such Lender, nor any of its Affiliates, participants or assignees, may rely on the Administrative Agent to carry out such Lender’s, Affiliate’s, participant’s or assignee’s customer identification program, or other obligations required or imposed under or pursuant to the USA Patriot Act or the regulations thereunder, including the regulations contained in 31 CFR 103.121 (as hereafter amended or replaced, the “CIP Regulations”), or any other Anti-Terrorism Law, including any programs involving any of the following items relating to or in connection with any of the Loan Parties, their Affiliates or their agents, the Loan Documents or the transactions hereunder or contemplated hereby: (i) any identity verification procedures, (ii) any recordkeeping, (iii) comparisons with government lists, (iv) customer notices or (v) other procedures required under the CIP Regulations or such other Laws.

  • Processing Grievances The grievant shall be granted reasonable time off with pay from regularly scheduled duty hours to process a grievance, provided that the time off will be devoted to the prompt and efficient investigation and handling of grievances, subject to the following:
