EBT Standards definition

EBT Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.
EBT Standards means the Electronic Business Transactions (“EBT”) Standards found on the Company’s website at http://www.narragansett.com/inside/suppinfo/ebt/index.htm.

Examples of EBT Standards in a sentence

  • Any changes in these standard transactions will be in accordance with the EBT Standards.

  • Archiving of data shall be per the EBT Standards or other applicable Precept.

  • It shall be the Provider’s responsibility to successfully implement modifications and changes in EBT Standards.

  • The Provider shall successfully complete EBT training and EBT/EDI testing with the T&D as described in the Maine EBT Standards.

  • If neither of the requested options is determined by the Company to be reasonably practicable, or if the Supplier affirmatively chooses, the Supplier may submit a rate pricing option correction as provided by the EBT Standards.


More Definitions of EBT Standards

EBT Standards means the standards for Electronic Data Interchange transactions between Competitive Suppliers and electric utility companies. Such standards shall be those as set forth in the reports and implementation guides, as amended from time to time, of the Massachusetts Electronic Business Transaction Working Group unless and until the Company is directed by the Commission to adopt and implement Electronic Data Interchange standards developed for New Hampshire or to comply with any existing New Hampshire electronic data interchange standards.

Related to EBT Standards

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;
