Credit Balance. We will make a good faith effort to return to you any credit balance that has been on your Account longer than six consecutive Billing Cycles (or, at our discretion, for a shorter time period). You may also request a refund of a credit balance on your Account at any time. We may reduce the amount of any credit balance on your Account by applying the credit balance towards new fees and charges posted to your Account. We do not pay any interest on credit balances.
Credit Balance. Any credit issued, or credit balance, will be applied within one (1) year of its issuance. Credits can be applied against merchandise purchases only, no cash refunds. If not applied within one (1) year, the credit balance remaining shall be cancelled, and Xxxxxx shall have no further liability.

Transaction Fee for Purchases Made in Foreign Currencies For each purchase made in a foreign currency, we add to your account an additional fee of 3.0 of the amount of the purchase after its conversion into U.S. dollars.
