Location of Meters. The Net Electrical Output for each Unit shall be measured by Seller's electricity metering devices located at the Electricity Metering Points ("UNIT METERS - ELECTRICITY"). The general location of the Electricity Metering Points is shown on Figure AC-1. The Unit Meters - Electricity will be owned and operated in accordance with the Agreement. Metering devices will also be located on Entergy's and TVA's side of the Interconnection Points in the approximate location shown on Figure AC-1 to measure energy delivered by Seller at the Interconnection Points ("UTILITY METERS"). The Utility Meters will be owned and operated by Entergy and TVA.

The Company shall have the right, upon reasonable request, to inspect the transfer and registration records of the Depositary relating to the Receipts, to take copies thereof and to require the Depositary and any co-registrars to supply copies of such portions of such records as the Company may request.
