Net Electrical Output definition

Net Electrical Output means the amount of Energy produced by the Facility measured in MWhs and metered at the Metering Point (adjusted for any transmission line and transformer losses, as determined in accordance with applicable tariffs and good utility practice, to the Delivery Point).
Net Electrical Output has the meaning set forth in Appendix C.
Net Electrical Output. Energy from the Plant measured in kilowatt hours (kWh) which is generated at the Plant and delivered to the Buyer at the Delivery Point.

Examples of Net Electrical Output in a sentence

  • Buyer and System Operator shall advise Seller of the periods during which such Unscheduled Outage may be undertaken, such periods to be reasonable in light of Buyer’s requirements for Net Electrical Output and System Operator’s requirements for Ancillary Services and the necessity for the Unscheduled Outage.

  • Such data will include all of the available details as to Net Electrical Output, reactive power, voltage and other Grid conditions as may be available and shall be provided in a form readily usable by Buyer.

More Definitions of Net Electrical Output

Net Electrical Output has the meaning given to it in the Power Purchase Agreement; "Net Heat Output" has the meaning given to it in the Heat Purchase Agreement; "Notices" has the meaning given to it in Clause 17.1.1;
Net Electrical Output or “NEO” means the electric output of the Facility (expressed in kW), measured during the Net Electrical Output Test, as delivered to the high voltage side of the main step-up transformers.
