Finished grade of disturbed areas will match and blend with adjacent areas not disturbed by construction operations.
Finished grade around the building perimeter shall be a minimum of 4” below brick ledge or bottom of siding, and all site grading shall be manipulated and sloped to move water away from building foundation, and towards a natural flow drainage area.
This work will comply with GDOT Section 700 – “Grassing.” Finished grade of disturbed areas will match and blend with adjacent areas not disturbed by construction operations.
Finished grade shall be reasonably smooth, compacted, free from irregular surface changes and comparable to the adjacent existing ground surface.
