Line Painting. A 1.3.1 When Line painting is required, the employee can flex their time to start and end early. Hours to be mutually agreed to and can be outside of the normal scheduled hours of work. The employee can request to work a 10 hour day for a 4 day work week, and if approved shall be for the entire week.

Line Painting. In addition all applicable conditions stipulated in the Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document, as illustrated in the contract documents, the following shall also apply. Pavement marking shall comply to the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices as well as OPSS 532 and Municipal Standards. Pavement markings shall be installed as indicated by the City’s Representative. Paint used shall be yellow and white organic solvent based, non -coning high temperature traffic paint, or approved equivalent. As indicated in the form of tender items shall conform to the Ontario Traffic Manual - Book 11. Payment for this item shall be based on the unit rate shown in the Form of Tender, and shall include all labour and materials required to complete this item. The City will not consider claims for any variance in quantities. Payments will be made based on actual field measurements by the City’s representative.   • Painting All exterior surfaces and materials requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar alkyd flat exterior finish, or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx SWP exterior gloss paint. All porous exterior surfaces (e.g. unpainted wood) shall be sealed with 2 coats of Xxxxxxxx’x Water Seal following the manufacturers application instructions. Interior surfaces requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Latex Eg-Shel enamel. Concrete block walls shall receive 1 coat of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Block Filler and 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar latex Eg-Shel enamel. Interior finishes and color selections shall be approved by the State. A schedule of colors and finishes shall be prepared by the Owner/Lessor and approved by the State.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.
