Exterior definition

Exterior means all areas of the premises outside of an individual dwelling unit.
Exterior means outside of and not exclusively serving the Premises. Unless otherwise notified by Landlord, in writing, that Landlord has elected to procure and maintain the following described contract(s), Tenant shall procure and maintain (a) the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems preventative maintenance and repair contract(s); such contract(s) to be on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis, as reasonably determined by Landlord, and (b) the fire and sprinkler protection services and preventative maintenance and repair contract(s) (including, without limitation, monitoring services); such contract(s) to be on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis, as reasonably determined by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right, but without the obligation to do so, to procure and maintain (i) the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems preventative maintenance and repair contract(s), and/or (ii) the fire and sprinkler protection services and preventative maintenance and repair contract(s) (including, without limitation, monitoring services). If Landlord so elects to procure and maintain any such contract(s), Tenant will reimburse Landlord for the cost thereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 above. If Tenant procures and maintains any of such contract(s), Tenant will promptly deliver to Landlord a true and complete copy of each such contract and any and all renewals or extensions thereof, and each service report or other summary received by Tenant pursuant to or in connection with such contract(s).
