Exterior means all areas of the premises outside of an individual dwelling unit.

If Landlord so elects to procure and maintain any such contract(s), Tenant will reimburse Landlord for the cost thereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 above. If Tenant procures and maintains any of such contract(s), Tenant will promptly deliver to Landlord a true and complete copy of each such contract and any and all renewals or extensions thereof, and each service report or other summary received by Tenant pursuant to or in connection with such contract(s).
