Level 2 Competent. Employees who have successfully completed at least 15 weeks of service with the Employer and competently perform Level 1 duties.

Level 2 Competent. Employees who have successfully completed the Certified Coffee Agent workbook and exam and all barista training and/or Employees primarily engaged in the preparation of food and/or beverages and cashier duties under general supervision.
Level 2 Competent. Employees who competently perform the following duties including, but not limited to: • providing table and counter service to customers including serving food and/or beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic); • cleaning and tidying of kitchen, customer service and other areas as required including the cleaning of equipment, crockery and general utensils; • preparing simple food items; • cash handling; • waste removal; • setting and/or wiping down tables, removing food plates and picking up glasses; • setting up for functions, internal ordering and/or replenishment of supplies; • handling, storing and distributing goods; and • providing general assistance to higher level Employees.
Level 2 Competent. Employees who are responsible for the quality of their own work and operate flexibly between assembly stations. Level 2 Employees competently operate machinery and equipment including hand tools, fork lifts, hand trolleys, overhead cranes and pallet trucks; weld and solder; perform basic inventory control; undertake receiving dispatching, distributing, sorting, checking and packing duties and competently perform non trade engineering skills.
Level 2 Competent. Employees who work under limited supervision with checking related to overall progress. Employees at this level may be responsible for the work of others and may be required to co-ordinate such work. Level 2 Employees perform all Level 1 duties to a competent level and also perform duties including but not limited to; using software packages; accurately producing documents and correspondence; maintaining financial records and journals, maintaining payroll records and preparing accounts payable for payment.

  • Termination for Non-Appropriation The continuation of this Contract beyond the current fiscal year is subject to and contingent upon sufficient funds being appropriated, budgeted, and otherwise made available by the City.   • Staffing Levels to deal with Potential Violence The Employer agrees that, where there is a risk of violence, an adequate level of trained employees should be present. The Employer recognizes that workloads can lead to fatigue and a diminished ability both to identify and to subsequently deal with potentially violent situations.

  • Applicable law and competent court 15.1 The Agreement is governed by law of the Czech Republic.

Persons employed for holiday work only, or persons employed on a part-time work schedule which is less than twenty (20) hours in a bi-weekly pay period, or persons employed on an intermittent part-time work schedule (not regularly scheduled), or persons employed on as-needed, seasonal or project basis for less than six (6) months continuous service, or persons on leave without pay status immediately preceding or immediately following the legal holiday shall not receive holiday pay.

  • Requiring Minimum Compensation for Covered Employees a. Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P (Chapter 12P), including the remedies provided, and implementing guidelines and rules. The provisions of Sections 12P.5 and 12P.5.1 of Chapter 12P are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth. The text of the MCO is available on the web at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxx. A partial listing of some of Contractor's obligations under the MCO is set forth in this Section. Contractor is required to comply with all the provisions of the MCO, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.
