PREPARATION OF FOOD. 4.1 Food and refreshments may only be prepared in the kitchen in the Room on the kitchen equipment provided in the Room.

In addition to any other reanedies which the Landlord may have hereunder, the Landlord, its servants or agents may without any prior notice to the Tenant remove any such obstruction and dispose of the same as they may think fit without incurring any liability therefor and the Tenant shall on demand pay to the Landlord all costs and expenses incurred in such removal.

Boiling of water for tea or coffee other than by way of an electric or gas burner shall be allowed.
