Level 3 Supervisory. Level 3 Employees are responsible for planning, managing and evaluating the work of other Administrative Employees. Such Employees are expected to apply knowledge with substantial depth in some areas and possess a range of skills which may be varied or highly specific. Duties include, but are not limited to; reconciling debtors, creditors and general ledger accounts to balance; documentation and lodging of takings at bank; receiving and documenting payment/takings; dispatching statements to debtors; following-up and recording outstanding accounts; dispatching payments to creditors; processing payment of wages and salaries; preparing payroll data.

  • Level Three - Superintendent Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Human Resources, any party in interest may appeal the Director’s decision to the Superintendent, or designee, on forms provided by the School District and the Association. The appeal shall include a copy of the decisions of Level One and Level Two and the grounds for regarding the decision as incorrect. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent, or designee, shall communicate the decision in writing to all parties in interest.
