LED Lighting Upgrades. Of the fixtures surveyed, most will be retrofitted and some will be replaced. The fixtures not included are either efficient technology or there is no viable replacement available. These excluded fixtures can include fixtures already utilizing compact fluorescent bulbs or LED sources. The following are the type of retrofits being performed:  T-12 and T-8 Fluorescent Retrofit – Retrofit existing T-12 and T-8 fluorescent fixtures with new LED tube lamps, new electronic ballasts, and reflectors where applicable.  CFL Retrofit – Replace the lamps in compact fluorescent fixtures as indicated with appropriate LED screw in lamps or LED retrofit kits.  Exterior Metal Halide Lighting Retrofit –Exterior lighting listed in the scope of work at this facility is planned for replacement LED fixtures with the exception of the bollards and the flag flood lights.  Parking Lot Lighting Retrofit- retrofit parking lot lights. Excluded from the scope are any fixtures that are owned by the utility company.  Flag Pole Lighting Retrofit- flag pole lighting will be retrofitted or replaced as per availability of equipment  Bollard Lighting Retrofit- Bollard lighting will be retrofitted  Excluded Retrofits- ABM will not replace or retrofit existing chandelier lamps. Any existing battery powered emergency egress lighting will remain. State and OSHA disposal guidelines will be followed when disposing of any old lamps and ballasts.  Please refer to Exhibit E for Detailed Lighting line by line ECM-12 Transformer Replacement  ABM will replace the existing general purpose transformers shown in the table below with new high efficiency transformers. A detailed load study will be performed and new transformers will be sized appropriately for the load. The retrofit solution is replacement of the existing transformers with DOE Class 3 high-efficiency transformers. Class 3, or CSL 3, transformers were determined by the DOE to provide the lowest life-cycle cost of ownership and operation. ABM has analyzed the system and made recommendations for retrofits that will provide energy efficiency improvements while maintaining or improving existing light levels.   • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

  • Software Upgrades Software Upgrades consist of new product releases which are issued periodically and may include new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes. Software Upgrades are provided only for standard hardware platforms and operating systems supported by COMSPOC as described in the Documentation. Software Upgrades will apply only to unmodified Software and commercially released updated versions of the Software. You are responsible for making or arranging for updates to interfaces for nonstandard devices or custom applications. Software Upgrades are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the then current and applicable COMSPOC Software License Agreement, available on COMSPOC’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/sla or with the deliverable Software or upon request. All major product releases and maintenance releases will be made available and may be shipped directly to you, upon request by contacting your COMSPOC point of contact or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. You may upgrade to the latest product version at any time during the term of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement. If you opt not to renew the Annual Support and Upgrade Agreement, You have 60 days from the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term to upgrade to the latest product version available prior to the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term. If You request an upgrade beyond this 60-day period, You will be required to renew the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement in order to upgrade to the latest product version.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
