Additional Improvements Clause Samples

The "Additional Improvements" clause defines how any enhancements, modifications, or upgrades made to a product, service, or property after the initial agreement are to be handled. Typically, this clause specifies whether such improvements are included under the original contract terms, who owns the rights to them, and whether additional compensation is required. For example, if a contractor makes upgrades to a building beyond the original scope, this clause would clarify ownership and payment responsibilities. Its core function is to prevent disputes by clearly allocating rights and obligations regarding any future improvements that arise during the course of the agreement.
