Flag Pole. BC Transit shall erect a flagpole on the property of each depot at a mutually agreeable location and the size of the flag will be the same dimensions as any other flag on display at each depot. The cost of the flag will be borne by Unifor and the cost of the flagpole and its maintenance shall be borne by BC Transit.

Flag Pole. The initial Tenant named herein will have the exclusive right to the use of one (1) flagpole serving the Building and designated by Landlord for the purpose of flying a flag which identifies the initial Tenant named hereunder (i.e., Umpqua Bank, an Oregon State Chartered Bank); provided that Landlord will have the right to review and approve the proposed size and design of any such flag (Landlord's approval not to be unreasonably withheld). All costs associated with the use of such flagpole will be borne by Tenant.
