Class 3 definition

Class 3 means, at any time, all Class 3 Loans at such time.

• A contractor who makes a false statement, material to the certification, commits a Class 3 felony.The contractor or subcontractor certifies that it is not barred from being awarded a contract under Section 50-5.

More Definitions of Class 3

Class 3 means a vehicle with a GVWR greater than 10,000 lbs. and less than or equal to 14,000 lbs.

Class 3. These are any other Deviations. If a combination of Class 3 Deviations would prevent the Sub-Project as a whole from operating or would have such an impact on the operation that their use in production would not be commercially viable, the combination of Class 3 Deviations constitutes a Class 1
