Late Cancellations. If a limited English proficient client, patient or authorized requester cancels less than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the appointment, including in cases of error on the part of the requestor, State, or third parties, an interpreter will be paid for thirty (30) minutes. The twenty-four (24) hours shall not include weekends or state recognized holidays. If any appointment within the series of consecutive appointments is a late cancellation it shall be considered a late cancellation and the interpreter will be paid for thirty (30) minutes.

Late Cancellations. Fees Exhibitors who have reserved space at the 2024 show have until January 15 to cancel with no late-cancellation fees. Ex- hibitors who cancel after January 15 agree to pay a $100 late cancellation fee. Exhibitors who cancel after April 15 agree to pay 50% of the booth fee.

Late Cancellations. No fee is charged if the ride is cancelled by 3:00 PM the day prior to the ride. However, if the ride is cancelled same day of the scheduled pickup, entire trip cost will be billed.

For this reason, after an ESTABLISHED patient has three late cancellations and/or no- shows or a NEW PATIENT has one cancellation or no-show, they will be discharged from the practice. COMPLETION OF FORMS POLICY For us to better serve you, we request that you are aware of the following: Your insurance company will not be billed as insurance companies do not reimburse for the time and judgment that are required to complete these forms. Please allow 7 business days for completion of forms. Payment is required prior to completion of all form(s). The fee for completion of forms is 20$ to 40$ depending on time and complexity.
Late Cancellations. HopeSprings understands that illnesses and emergencies happen. Each client will be gifted one free late cancellation per calendar year. In order for the free late cancel to be applied, you must inform us at the time of cancellation of appointment.
