CDC Guidelines Clause Samples
The CDC Guidelines clause requires parties to adhere to the health and safety protocols established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In practice, this means that all activities, operations, or conduct governed by the agreement must comply with the latest CDC recommendations, such as mask-wearing, social distancing, or sanitation procedures. This clause ensures that the parties maintain a safe environment and helps mitigate the risk of liability or disruption due to non-compliance with recognized public health standards.
CDC Guidelines. 1. DOC will continue to make best efforts to implement CDC guidelines and to adapt them based on best practices, recommendations from DPH, and based on individual facilities’ physical space, staffing, population, operations, and other resources and conditions.
CDC Guidelines. A. All recommendations by our health officials; Federal, State, and Local Governments; in addition to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will be strictly followed. Face coverings are mandatory throughout all event activities including move in and out and event hours unless otherwise noted.
CDC Guidelines. In addition to Lessee’s obligation comply with all applicable statutes, laws and ordinances (whether federal, state, or local) and with every applicable lawful regulation and order, including executive orders of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Lessee shall also comply with any guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the safe operation of the Demised Premises related to the outbreak of COVID-19 or any other public health emergency.
CDC Guidelines. All Plex participants must consent that they do not present any of the following COVID-19 symptoms, which include shortness of breath, fever, dry cough, runny nose and sore throat. You must also confirm that you have not been in contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. The Plex strongly recommends that patrons maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet at all times. Caledonia Sports Management will not be held liable for any illness contracted by participating at The Plex.
CDC Guidelines. Provider will take steps to adhere to the Center for Disease Control’s guidelines relating to COVID-19, including social distancing when applicable.
