CDC GUIDELINES. In addition to Lessee’s obligation comply with all applicable statutes, laws and ordinances (whether federal, state, or local) and with every applicable lawful regulation and order, including executive orders of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Lessee shall also comply with any guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the safe operation of the Demised Premises related to the outbreak of COVID-19 or any other public health emergency.
