New patient means a patient who is new to the provider for a particular covered injury or illness and who needs to have medical and administrative records established.

Care Team New OB 30-minute is allowed for those providers with 11 appointment slots. For those with 10 appointment slots, Care Team New OB is a 15-minute slot. ❖ Care Team - Newborn Check- Can only be filled with a Newborn check and can be filled by the Call Center.
