Teachers employed by the district holding a current National Board Certification will receive an additional stipend of $500 per year for the lifetime of the certificate.
A teacher, counselor, or speech pathologist, who, in accordance with Article 24, Section 24.4.2. is preparing for the National Board Certification will be afforded three (3) days paid leave.
