Late Arrival to School. Any student who is late to school will show ID, enter through the front office, and sign in at Student Services. Every student must have a doctor’s note or a written note from the parent stating the reasoning for the late arrival. If a student signs in without a note, a detention will be given. A parent may also walk in with student and sign them in at the parent service desk. Students are allowed a one-time Discretionary Excuse Pass to first period each semester. This pass can be used for reasons that are normally unexcused.

Late Arrival to School. Students arriving late (after 7:25) must sign in at the main office and obtain a pass to class. Unexcused late arrivals to school will result in detention. During each semester, a student will receive a one hour detention for 4-6 unexcused late arrivals and a two hour detention for 7-9 unexcused late arrivals. Ten (10) or more unexcused late arrivals to school will result in ISS and/or further disciplinary action. Once a student has accumulated twelve (12) late arrivals they will be required to produce a doctor’s note for each additional tardy. Any student arriving after 8:18 am during the day of an activity such as inter-scholastic sports, musical concerts, intramural activities or any other after school, school related activity will not be permitted to participate in the activity unless extenuating circumstances have occurred. Administration must give permission for the student to participate. FIELD TRIPS – Refer to Board Policy #121 As a part of the educational program of the school, children may be taken on field trips requiring bus transportation. Such trips are made only with the permission of the parents. When such trips are being planned, permission slips will be sent home to be signed by the parent. All field trips are supervised by regular classroom teachers who are assisted by chaperones. There are, at a minimum, two or three chaperones per class on field trips. The teacher is responsible for choosing the chaperones. Students should notify their teachers at least three (3) days before field trip. Students should arrange make-up work with individual teachers before the trip. EDUCATIONAL TRIPS Trips of educational value to students which are not school-sponsored field trips will be excused absences if they meet the following criteria:

Lunch and directed studies are considered class periods. The penalty for skipping will result in Friday School or ISS and/or loss of parking privileges. Parking passes will be taken for 2 weeks if students leave the campus using their vehicle. Seniors are reminded that any type of suspension means a loss of exam exemptions. Repeated violators may be referred to Juvenile Court and the ALC. When absent, students should check the web site to secure missed assignments. For absences shorter than three days, students will have three days after returning to school to make up any work that was assigned and completed during the absence. For absences three days or longer, students will have the number of days missed plus one day to make up any work that was assigned and completed on the day was absent. If students are absent for a review day before a test is given and returns to school on the test day, they must take the test on the day they return as long as the test was announced in advance. Athletic and Extracurricular Activities Students missing four or more periods will not be allowed to participate in that day’s extra- curricular activity. Students who are ill and unable to attend school on the day of an athletic or extracurricular activity will not be permitted to participate on that date.   • Rental Rates and Wage Rates for Change Orders As soon as is practical, but prior to the completion of the Construction Preparation Period and in any event prior to the commencement of any Work on the Site, the Contractor shall submit in accordance with the style and format of a specimen to be furnished by the Owner for consideration of the Owner the following: (1) a proposal for rental rates on heavy construction equipment that shall apply in the event Change Order Work is performed, and (2) a proposal for wage rates for the types of project labor that shall apply in the event of the execution of any Change Order Work. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates do not exceed current costs for like services. The Owner will in no event consider a rental rate in excess of eighty percent of the rate set forth in the latest edition of the "Compilation of Nationally Averaged Rental Rates for Construction Equipment" of the Associated Equipment Distributors unless the rates proposed in excess of eighty percent are supported by proof satisfactory to the Owner that the excess rates are reasonable. If the equipment is owned by the Contractor the costs shall be charged at a maximum of eighty percent of market monthly rental rates for the amount of time used. If applicable, transportation costs may be included. The decision of the Owner shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties. Rental rates shall be payable only for the actual time the equipment is required on the Site.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.
