Late Arrival. Fees are calculated according to the times stipulated in the schedule and no adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the Student. Any lost time because of the late arrival of the Tutor shall be compensated for by extending a lesson by mutual agreement and by such amount of time that was lost.
Late Arrival. (a) Unless the Student has made prior arrangements with the University for late arrival this Contract will automatically terminate if the Student has not taken up residence by the end of the first day of the Period of Residence and the Deposit will not be refunded
Late Arrival. An Authorized User shall not pay for any scheduled time for the period the Candidate was late. More than three late arrivals in a one-month period by the same Candidate may result in that Candidate being disqualified from performing future services for the Authorized User under this Contract. Lateness shall be defined by the Authorized User.

Late Arrival. Unless a Student requests an extension of the arrival period in writing from HRE, HRE is not obligated to hold a space reservation past 12:00 noon on the first day of classes. If the Student fails to check in prior to 12:00 noon of the first day of classes, and appears subsequently, assignment elsewhere will be made if space is available. If no space is available, the Student is subject to forfeiture of their housing deposit.
Late Arrival. If the Resident is assigned a room before the quarter begins and fails to move in at the start of the Contract period, it is understood that the Resident must pay from the beginning of the Contract even though they are moving in late.

As an exception to Article 23 of the general conditions of the contract The Insured is covered for the reasons and circumstances listed below, excluding all others, to the extent specified in the Table of Benefits: Serious illness or illness of the Insured following infection with Covid-19 before the stay and making it impossible to be present at the place of stay for less than 60% of the expected duration. Insured Positive for Covid-19 before the stay and making his presence at the place of stay impossible for less than 60% of the expected duration. Insured who has been refused boarding on the reserved means of transport following a positive temperature test, provided that the insured has had a test performed within 48h of the refusal of boarding and that: o Either this test attests that the Insured is positive for Covid-19, making his presence impossible at the place of stay less than 60% of the expected duration. o Or this test attests that the Insured is negative for Covid-19 and that the delay caused by a delayed departure makes his presence impossible at the place of stay less than 60% of the expected duration. Insured who is a contact case, provided that the insured has had a test performed within 48h of his notification about the contact case and that: o Either this test attests that the Insured is positive for Covid-19, making his presence impossible at the place of stay less than 60% of the expected duration. o Or this test attests that the Insured is negative for Covid-19 and that the delay caused by a delayed departure makes his presence impossible at the place of stay less than 60% of the expected duration. It is up to you to establish the reality of the situation that entitles you to our benefits, so we reserve the right to refuse your request, on the advice of our doctors, if the information provided does not prove the materiality of the facts. In no case will the amount of compensation for late arrival be higher than the cost of cancellation of the trip.
Late Arrival. Unless a resident requests an extension of the arrival period in writing through the Assignments Office, the Department is not obligated to hold a room reservation past noon on the first day of classes. If a student fails to check in prior to noon of the first day of classes, the student’s room may be reassigned. A student who has not made previous arrangements for a late arrival and subsequently appears may be assigned to another on- campus assignment if space is available.
Late Arrival. Failure to check into your room by 12 noon on the first day of classes each term will result in the cancellation of your residence booking. Your initial payment will be forfeited, and you will be held financially responsible for your full residence fee. Exceptions will be made for students who have submitted an online Late Arrival Form.
Late Arrival. You must: send to the insurer all documents necessary to open the case and to also prove the legitimacy of the case and the claim amount. In any case, you will be automatically requested to provide the original copies of the detailed invoices from the organiser which feature the land-based services.
