THIRD INCIDENT Sample Clauses

The "Third Incident" clause establishes specific consequences or actions that are triggered upon the occurrence of a third instance of a particular event, such as a breach, violation, or failure to perform under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines escalating responses, such as stricter penalties, automatic termination, or additional obligations, once the same issue has happened three times. For example, if an employee violates a workplace policy for the third time, the clause may mandate termination or suspension. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear threshold for more severe action, ensuring repeated issues are addressed decisively and deterring ongoing non-compliance.
