Joint Negotiation Committee. The Board acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Union Joint Bargaining Committee, consisting of not more than five (5) employees of the Board plus the President and the Union acknowledges the right of the Board to appoint or select five (5) elected persons as members of the Board's Joint Bargaining Committee for negotiations. The Union will advise the Board of the names of the members of the Union Joint Bargaining Committee. The Board shall advise the Union of the names of their Joint Bargaining Committee members.
Joint Negotiation Committee. A reasonable number of representatives or designees of the Board, the Superintendent or his designated representative, and a reasonable number of representative named by the organization recognized as the Exclusive Representative of the classified employees shall comprise a joint committee for the purpose of negotiating and seeking agreement relative to policy recommendations. All negotiations shall be conducted in executive session and exclusively between said representatives or designees.
Joint Negotiation Committee. The negotiation committee for the Employer and the Union shall be made up of no more than four (4) individuals at a session. Each party retains sole discretion in determining the individuals that comprise the four (4) members of their respective committee. The negotiation committee for each party shall be recognized as the exclusive representative for that party, and together they shall comprise a joint negotiation committee for the purpose of negotiating and seeking agreement relative to a collective bargaining agreement. All negotiations shall be conducted in executive session and exclusively session and exclusively between committees.
Joint Negotiation Committee. 6.01 It is understood and agreed that the Employer and members of the Full-Time and Part-Time Bargaining Units will meet jointly when negotiating the Full-Time and Part-Time Collective Agreements.

  • Negotiation Committee The Hospital will recognize a Negotiation Committee of up to eight (8) nurses from the Bargaining Unit. Nurses on the Negotiating Team will be scheduled to work the day tour on days that the Negotiating Teams are meeting and will be paid as though they had worked.

  • Local Negotiating Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize (as defined in the local provisions under L9) number of Negotiating Committee members as outlined in the local appendix to represent their respective bargaining units. This committee shall be comprised of the unit chairperson in addition to (as defined in the local provisions under L9) number of committee members to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the Bargaining Unit who have completed their probationary period.

  • Steering Committee Each Party shall name a mutually agreed upon equal number of representatives for the Steering Committee, which shall meet twice per calendar year, or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties. In the event that a Steering Committee dispute cannot be resolved, such dispute shall be escalated to a senior executive of each of Customer and Lonza. The primary function of the Steering Committee is to ensure the ongoing communication between the Parties and discuss and resolve any issues arising under this Agreement. In addition to the primary function described above, the Steering Committee shall also take on the following responsibilities:

  • Union Negotiating Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Negotiating Committee that may include, as determined by the Union:

  • Joint Steering Committee Within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, or as mutually agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall establish a joint steering committee (the “Joint Steering Committee” or “JSC”). The JSC shall consist of two (2) representatives from each of the Parties, each with the requisite experience and seniority to enable such person to make decisions on behalf of the Parties with respect to the issues falling within the jurisdiction of the JSC. From time to time, each Party may substitute one (1) or more of its representatives to the JSC subject to providing prior written confirmation (which may be by email) to the other Party. The chairman of the JSC shall alternate on an annual basis between a representative selected by Licensor and a representative selected by Denali, with the first JSC chairman selected by Licensor. From time to time, Denali or Licensor may change the representative who will serve as chairperson on written notice to the other Party.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Union for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The Hospital agrees to pay members of the Negotiating Committee for time spent during regular working hours in negotiations with the Hospital for a renewal agreement up to, but not including, arbitration.

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:

  • Development Committee The PARTIES agree to work together in good faith in the collaboration under this Agreement and to keep each other reasonably informed of its activities hereunder. Additionally, and in support of the foregoing, promptly after the Effective Date, the PARTIES will form a four-member committee (the “Development Committee”), equally represented by EAGLE and SCIDOSE, for the management of the development of the PRODUCTS, which will consist of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Scientific Officer of each of EAGLE and SCIDOSE. Each Party shall have the right, from time to time, to substitute new members, on a permanent or temporary basis, for any of its previously designated members of the Development Committee. Each Party shall bear its own costs associated with participation in the Development Committee.

  • Joint Consultation Committee 8.01 On the request of either party, the parties must meet at least once every four (4) months, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by the Agreement.
