Returning Assigned Trips. A trip returned by a driver after acceptance will be turned back in to the Designated Association Representative. It is not permissible to turn in an already bid upon and accepted trip in lieu of taking another trip scheduled at the same time with the exception of Overnight trips as set forth in item 6.

Absent the day Before a Saturday or Holiday Trip Drivers who are absent all or any portion of a Friday must notify the Transportation Supervisor prior to 12:00 noon of his/her intent to drive his/her scheduled Saturday or Holiday trip. Failure to notify by 12:00 noon will result in the trip being reassigned.

  • Teaching Assignments No employee shall be assigned to teach in a grade level and/or subject area not within the scope of his/her teaching certificate, except where a position within his/her certification is unavailable or when mutually agreed to by the affected employee and principal, or when determined necessary by the principal.   • Reassigned Time Each faculty member who coaches students for intercollegiate forensics competition shall receive at least two (2) credits reassignment time for each semester, in which he/she fulfills such responsibility.

Employees assigned by the Appointing Officer or its designee to perform a substantial portion of the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification shall receive compensation at a higher salary if all of the following conditions are met: a. the assignment shall be in writing; 183. b. the position to which the employee is assigned must be a budgeted position.
