The INSECTICIDE clause establishes requirements and standards for the use, handling, or presence of insecticides within the scope of the agreement. Contractor shall submit an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan to the Community Services Department within sixty (60) days following the start of the contract as well as an annual IPM plan by the end of January each year of the contract. The contractor must be a certified and licensed applicator.
