INSECTICIDE. The Contractor shall treat all greens on a preventative basis in the spring and fall on a curative basis to prevent damage to the turf. Contractor shall submit an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan to the Community Services Department within sixty (60) days following the start of the contract as well as an annual IPM plan by the end of January each year of the contract. The contractor must be a certified and licensed applicator.
