Your Tour means the tour you have booked with us, as outlined in your Itinerary. BOOKING & PAYMENT A Passenger Booking form must be completed for each Extended Tour. The Booking Form acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. All tour prices are quoted in Australian Dollars Tour Payments: Payment is accepted via bank transfer or credit card. A credit card surcharge will apply. If you pay us by credit card, a surcharge will be added with the surcharge amount being advised at the time of payment. There is no surcharge for payments made by cash or direct transfer to our nominated bank account. Bank transfers can be made to: RSB Travel Pty Ltd - BSB: 807 009 Account: 6017 6352. Examples of Your Tour in a sentence

  • It may not always be possible to offer every Scenic Enrich activity in the Tour Brochure on Your Tour.

  • Your Tour Price is based on the Cabin category indicated in the Tour Brochure.

  • The cost is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of Booking Your Tour.

  • If We or an Operator allow You to operate a Drone as part of an organised activity during Your Tour, You must strictly comply with all instructions of the activity leader.

  • Two to three (2-3) weeks prior to Your Tour, You will receive a final Tour packet that includes final reminders and local contact information for Your destination, and any applicable tickets and vouchers.

  • The non-governmental experts should be subject to effective sanctions for breach of confidentiality requirements.

  • In the event changes to Your Tour itinerary occur, You will not be reimbursed for any expenses You may have incurred as a result of Your Reservation, including, without limitation, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, transportation costs, lodging fees, other fees, and taxes.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a portion of the Services of Your Tour are cancelled by us or a Third Party Supplier(s) because of an event that is within the control of AdventureSmith or a Third Party Supplier(s), We will endeavor to offer you a replacement or alternative.

  • Any request to cancel a Tour made by You must be made to AdventureSmith in writing via U.S. mail or electronic mail, provided that AdventureSmith may cancel Your Tour for failure to submit timely payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • A Cancellation Fee shall apply if You cancel Your Tour after You pay a Deposit.

Related to Your Tour

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • PFMA means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999.

  • You/Your means the person who owns or leases the Covered Equipment and any person to whom the Policy is transferred pursuant to clause 11.

In counting children for the purposes of this definition, any children under six years of age who are related to a licensee, administrator or employee and who are on the premises of the center shall be counted.
