Uppsala Municipality will continue to develop cooperation with other municipalities in the county (including Enköping6) through STUNS and also actively pursue cooperation and knowledge sharing nationally and internationally. The municipality intends to: • as the founder of STUNS, gather strength to develop the Uppsala package into an internationally leading test bed for system shifts for climate neutrality on the way to climate positivity. • participate in the call to become one of Europe's 100 climate-neutral cities within the framework of the Climate City Contract to further contribute to an international exchange of experience and knowledge dissemination of climate work between European cities. • interact with other founders of STUNS, Uppsala University, SLU, Region Uppsala, County Administrative Board and Chamber of Commerce to continuously spread and develop meeting places and processes for cooperation in the areas of environment, climate and sustainability.

Not least, we see that we can drive the regional transition in collaboration with Kalmar Municipality, which is also part of climate-neutral cities, and Karlskrona Municipality.

By working together and sharing experiences, we can accelerate the transition and create value for Malmö residents and industry. Xxxxxx 0000, Xxxxx has regularly shared its experiences with Government Agencies and Swedish and European cities in areas such as climate investment plans, organisation of climate transition, roadmaps, citizen commitment and involvement, and digitalisation. Xxxxxx 0000, Xxxxx will continue to share our experiences and act as the innovation hub Malmö is locally, regionally, nationally and European. Through a number of international networks, the City of Malmö has access to knowledge and experience exchanges with other cities in Europe. Malmö participates for example in the following networks: EIT Climate-KIC, Viable Cities, Eurocites, KIMO, ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability, Klimatkommunerna, Covenant of Mayors, Resilient Regions Association and United Cities and Local Governments. Together with other European cities and municipalities, Malmö can also influence nationally and internationally on issues that have a central value for Malmö. The networks and organisations are also used to generate project ideas and find collaboration partners.

This will be done through the channels and cooperation networks that already exist regionally, nationally and internationally. Enköping has an ongoing regional innovation collaboration. The municipality of Enköping sees opportunities in continuing to collaborate with the municipality of Uppsala to co-create a leading innovation hub of ecosystem type for climate-neutral municipalities on the path to climate positivity. Enköping is also part of the Viable Cities initiative Climate Neutral Cities 2030 2.0. The Municipality of Enköping shall, within the County Administrative Board's and Region Uppsala's thematic networks and processes for regional collaboration in environment, climate and sustainability, work for clear and timely climate ambitions. In collaboration with regional players such as STUNS, Enköping will develop into an internationally leading test bed for system shifts for climate neutrality on the way to climate positivity. During 2022, the municipality of Enköping shall • together with Uppsala Municipality, with the support of STUNS and other regional players, exchange and share experiences about changed and new ways of working in the efforts to accelerate the development to climate-neutral and sustainable cities. • work systematically with how innovations at system level can be tested. • work on developing a hub for regional learning.
Innovation Hub for Climate. Neutral Municipalities‌ The city does not have the possibility to achieve several goals in the Environmental Program on its own. Collaboration with other players is therefore absolutely central to the implementation of the programme. This applies to both state and municipal players in the region, as well as industry, academia and civil society, and not least to the inhabitants of Stockholm. (Environmental programme 2020-2023) The City of Stockholm should actively participate in a strengthened regional collaboration that includes industry and academia. (Climate Action Plan 2020-2023). The City of Stockholm participates in a regional climate collaboration with Region Stockholm, the County Administrative Board, the Swedish Transport Administration and StorSTHLM. The collaboration is carried out in cooperation with the Environment and Urban Planning Council. The City of Stockholm also participates in the innovation network for the county's municipalities that is being set up. The focus of this is on leadership, cultural change and sustainable structures for transition management.

  • Innovation In order to make it easier for the municipality to implement innovations that can accelerate the pace of climate transition, Viable Cities will provide a competence network and process support, including by engaging other strategic innovation programmes in the ongoing development of Climate City Contract 2030, particu- larly in the areas of mobility, energy, built environment, the circular economy, health and digitalization. Based on the collaboration agreement on climate-smart mobility signed with the strategic innovation programme Drive Sweden, this area of collabo- ration will be further developed with both cities and government agencies, not least the Swedish Transport Administration.

  • TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE During the term of this Agreement any disputes arising in relation to adjustment to technological change shall be discussed between the Bargaining Representatives of the two parties to this Collective Agreement.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Research, Science and Technology Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in research, science and technology, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to build on existing agreements already in place for cooperation on research, science and technology; (b) to encourage, where appropriate, government agencies, research institutions, universities, private companies and other research organizations in the Parties to conclude direct arrangements in support of cooperative activities, programs or projects within the framework of this Agreement, specially related to trade and commerce; and (c) to focus cooperative activities towards sectors where mutual and complementary interests exist, with special emphasis on information and communication technologies and software development to facilitate trade between the Parties. 2. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities including, but not limited to:

  • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.

  • Technology Access A. Contractor expressly acknowledges that state funds may not be expended in connection with the purchase of an automated information system unless that system meets certain statutory requirements relating to accessibility by persons with visual impairments. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants to System Agency that the technology provided to System Agency for purchase (if applicable under this Contract or any related Solicitation) is capable, either by virtue of features included within the technology or because it is readily adaptable by use with other technology, of:
