Local Governments. 4.3 The State Legislature (SL).
Local Governments. The Recipient shall ensure that LGs: (i) incorporate nutrition and nutrition indicators in the LDP; (ii) select the villages in which interventions will be carried out; (iii) select one CEA to which it will contract out the community-based nutrition interventions; (iv) prepare Subproject proposals and send the same to CLM for approval; and (v) monitoring activities and reporting to the CLM.
Local Governments. Local governments (as defined in NRS §332.015) are intended third party beneficiaries of this contract and any local government may join or use this or any contract resulting from the underlying RFP subject to all terms and conditions thereof pursuant to NRS §332.195. The State is not liable for the obligations of any local government which joins or uses this or any contract resulting from this Participating Addendum.

Each Commitment Letter shall set out, inter alia: the Pilot Local Government’s obligations to: (i) deliver the Outputs in accordance with the financial and technical conditions and the standards for budgeting, planning, procurement, contract management and financial management set out in the Technical Guidelines; (ii) comply with environmental and social safeguards technical and reporting requirements set out in the Technical Guidelines and the Supplemental Technical Guidelines (Environmental and Social Safeguards); (iii) comply with the Anti-Corruption Guidelines applicable to recipients of Loan proceeds other than the Borrower and the Anti-Corruption Action Plan; (iv) monitor outputs, indicators, and comply with the reporting requirements applicable to each activity; (v) enable the required audits and the verification of the Outputs and performance conditions by BPKP; (vi) provide the LG Contribution; and (vi) enable the Borrower and the Bank to review the documents related to the Sub-projects and enter the sites to review the implementation of the Sub-projects; and the provision that in the event that any Sub-project is not implemented in accordance with the Technical Guidelines and the Supplemental Technical Guidelines (Environment and Social Safeguards), then Outputs from such Sub-project shall not be eligible for Advance Payment or Reimbursement. .
