Energy Use. Description of type and quantity of all energy inputs (e.g. natural gas, electricity, biomass, combined heat and power) used for overall plant operations and description of type and quantity of energy inputs used specifically for Renewable Alternative to Diesel and co-product production, if such values are different than that of the overall plant operations.
Energy Use. Lessor shall have the right to require Lessee to provide Lessor with copies of bills from electricity, natural gas or similar energy providers (collectively, “Energy Providers”) Lessee receives from Energy Providers relating to Lessee’s energy use at the Premises (“Energy Bills”) within ten
Energy Use. Landlord shall have the right to require Tenant to provide Landlord with copies of bills from electricity, natural gas or similar energy providers (collectively, “Energy Providers”) Tenant receives from Energy Providers relating to Tenant’s energy use at the Premises (“Energy Bills”) within ten (10) days after Landlord’s written request.
Energy Use. The term Energy Use will be used throughout this Agreement as a simplified reference to both Energy & Utility consumption, demand, and generation.
Energy Use. List daily kWh consumption for each component that has its own electrical plug or is wired directly to an electrical breaker (e.g. computer, instrument, pump, motor, chiller, etc.). Also, list monthly or yearly kWh consumption if there is a difference due to different operating parameters throughout the month or year (e.g. calibrations, operating schedule, etc.). Depending on location, new power circuits may need to be installed.
Energy Use. Lessor shall have the right to require Lessee to provide Lessor with copies of bills from electricity, natural gas or similar energy providers (collectively, “Energy Providers”) Lessee receives from Energy Providers relating to Lessee’s energy use at the Premises (“Energy Bills”) within ten (10) days after Lessor’s written request. In addition, Xxxxxx hereby authorizes Lessor to obtain copies of the Energy Bills directly from the Energy Provider(s), and Xxxxxx hereby authorizes each Energy Provider to provide Energy Bills and related usage information directly to Lessor without Xxxxxx’s consent. From time to time within ten (10) days after Xxxxxx’s request, Xxxxxx shall execute and deliver to Lessor an agreement provided by Lessor authorizing the Energy Provider(s) to provide to Lessor Energy Bills and other information relating to Xxxxxx’s energy usage at the Premises. If necessary, within (10) days after Lessor’s request, Lessee shall also answer Lessor or Lessor’s agent survey describing and surveying the interior of the Premises in order for Lessor to prepare an energy benchmark survey.

Energy Use. All production and delivery processes, including the use of heating, ventilation, lighting, IT systems and transportation, must be based on the need to maximise efficient energy use and to minimise harmful emissions.

Related to Energy Use

  • Energy 1. Cooperation shall take place within the principles of the market economy and the European Energy Charter, against a background of the progressive integration of the energy markets in Europe.

  • Energy Conservation The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.

  • Electric Storage Resources Developer interconnecting an electric storage resource shall establish an operating range in Appendix C of its LGIA that specifies a minimum state of charge and a maximum state of charge between which the electric storage resource will be required to provide primary frequency response consistent with the conditions set forth in Articles 9.5.5, 9.5.5.1, 9.5.5.2, and 9.5.5.3 of this Agreement. Appendix C shall specify whether the operating range is static or dynamic, and shall consider (1) the expected magnitude of frequency deviations in the interconnection; (2) the expected duration that system frequency will remain outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (3) the expected incidence of frequency deviations outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (4) the physical capabilities of the electric storage resource; (5) operational limitations of the electric storage resources due to manufacturer specification; and (6) any other relevant factors agreed to by the NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner, and Developer. If the operating range is dynamic, then Appendix C must establish how frequently the operating range will be reevaluated and the factors that may be considered during its reevaluation. Developer’s electric storage resource is required to provide timely and sustained primary frequency response consistent with Article 9.5.5.2 of this Agreement when it is online and dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. This excludes circumstances when the electric storage resource is not dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or dispatched to receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. If Developer’s electric storage resource is charging at the time of a frequency deviation outside of its deadband parameter, it is to increase (for over-frequency deviations) or decrease (for under-frequency deviations) the rate at which it is charging in accordance with its droop parameter. Developer’s electric storage resource is not required to change from charging to discharging, or vice versa, unless the response necessitated by the droop and deadband settings requires it to do so and it is technically capable of making such a transition.

  • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges. Customer understands and agrees that included in the Administration Charge is the cost of the Energy Balancing Amount (defined below). Customer understands that in order for RITERATE ENERGY to be able to supply Energy to its existing and prospective customers, RITERATE ENERGY enters into supply arrangements to meet the forecasted consumption of its various groups of customers. These forecasts are based on historical data, load shapes and/or estimates. To the extent that actual pooled consumption of RITERATE ENERGY’s Energy customers varies from supply arrangements and/or Customer’s Utility delivery requirements, RITERATE ENERGY incurs a cost in balancing and settling its supply arrangements with such pooled consumption. To ensure a fixed all-inclusive Rate, RITERATE ENERGY has included in the Administration charge, the Energy Balancing Amount, to balance and settle the variance between pooled consumption and supply arrangements (the “Energy Balancing Amount”). In respect of Electricity, Customer understands that there are certain estimated pass through costs, made up of charges to RITERATE ENERGY by the PJM Interconnection (“PJM”) and/or Customer’s Utility, including but not limited to ancillary service charges, the cost of unaccounted for electricity, capacity charges and any replacement or recharacterization of these charges. In this regard, the “PJM Adjustment”, is included in the Fixed Price Rate. Customer acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this Agreement, Customer will not be eligible to receive any net metering credits and other incentives to which Customer would otherwise be entitled. Further, included in the Rate are the amounts charged or billed to RITERATE ENERGY or Customer by Customer’s Utility, the PUC or any other regulatory or government entity, including any taxes, delivery, regulated transmission, regulated distribution, pipeline, compressor fuel, uplift, congestion, locational marginal pricing, invoice market participant, service, billing, or similar or related changes and any, deposits, interest or late payment fees or other amounts in connection with the supply and delivery of Energy to the Premises (collectively, “Regulatory Charges”). Customer agrees to pay the monthly Administration charge for Energy supply (the “Administration” charge).

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Interconnection 2.1.10 Startup Testing and Commissioning
