Initial Business Case. The PCG Team will identify the business problems and opportunities as well as high level system requirements that must be addressed in order to summarize the objectives for replacing the current ERP. The PCG Team will, based on the interview results and work sessions, document the functional and technical requirements to the level needed to make a recommendation about the feasibility of purchasing a new ERP system. This will include use of a Microsoft Excel-based Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) that will be incorporated into the RFP and used for evaluating vendor responses to each requirement statement. PCG will, at a minimum, consider all Government Accounting Requirements as well as requirements outlined in RFP Section 2.1 including:  Human ResourcesFinancial ServicesCommunity Development ServicesPublic WorksMunicipal UtilitiesCity ClerkCommunity ServicesEconomic Development Department  City Attorney The PCG Team will gain concurrence of the City’s Project Manager that the documentation accurately and completely reflects the City’s ERP system requirements.   • Vendor’s Resellers as Related to This Agreement Vendor’s Named Resellers under this Agreement shall comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement and all addenda or incorporated documents. All actions related to sales by Authorized Vendor’s Resellers under this Agreement are the responsibility of the Awarded Vendor.

  • Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.

  • Business Customers These Terms and Conditions apply to business customers only.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • MANAGEMENT OF THE BUSINESS Pursuant to Section 00-00-000 of the Act, and as stated in its Articles, the Company’s day to day affairs are managed by the Member. The Member is responsible for the daily operations of the business.
