Hours and Days of Service. The hours and days of service of the IHCP shall be established by the IHCP. The IHCP agrees that it will consider input from the Managed Care Plan as to its hours and days of service. At the request of the Managed Care Plan, such IHCP shall provide written notification of its hours and days of service.
Hours and Days of Service. The hours and days of service of the Indian Health Care Provider shall be established by the Indian Health Care Provider. At the request of the MCO, such Indian Health Care Provider shall provide written notification of its hours and days of service.
Hours and Days of Service. CONTRACTOR agrees to operate service seven days a week from 9:00 am to 2:30 am, except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day with a window of 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the negotiated time between the passenger and dispatcher.

The number of duty days per year and hours per day will be established by the District at the beginning of each year with modifications being made by mutual agreement between the District and the employee to meet program needs and changes. No more than an average of one Saturday may be worked each month by an employee at regular pay, any more than an average of one Saturday per month shall be paid at one and one-half times the employee’s regular hourly rate. The amount of holiday pay shall be based on the assigned hours per day for the position as established by the District.
Hours and Days of Service. The work schedule shall be up to eight (8) consecutive hours per day, including a 1/2 hour unpaid duty free lunch, at times and days designated by the supervisor. The normal work year shall be 185 days scheduled as established by the supervisor. Less than 185 days may be worked if the employee is part-time or is under an approved job sharing assignment. Any changes to the calendar are subject to meet and confer with the Association.
Hours and Days of Service. The hours and days of service of the Indian Health Care Provider shall be established by the Indian Health Care Provider. At the request of the BHO, such Indian Health Care Provider shall provide written notification of its hours and days of service.

UDS covenants, warrants, represents and agrees that it will provide all service required by this Agreement on a continuous, uninterrupted year- round basis, and that its operations will be conducted and all services provided during the following minimum hours at the following areas of the premises.
