HOME BANKING TRANSACTIONS. You may print a record of any individual transaction conducted through Home Banking at any time after the transaction is completed. You may also subsequently contact us to request a paper receipt for any such transaction provided it is no more than three (3) months from the date of the transaction. A Research Fee may be charged for such a requesting in addition to a fee for paper copy as set forth in the Fee Schedule.

HOME BANKING TRANSACTIONS. At the present time, You may use Home Banking in conjunction with Your Access Code and a personal computer for the following services: (a) transfer funds between Your share and share draft Accounts; (b) make payments from Your share and share draft Accounts to Your loan accounts with Us; (c) make a check withdrawal from Your share and share draft Accounts; (d) make advances on Your line of credit with Us; and (e) obtain balance, deposit, withdrawal and transaction information on Your credit accounts and deposit Accounts with Us. Home Banking operates 24 hours every day. You may also use Home Banking to access the Bill Pay service and authorize the Credit Union to issue payments in amounts up to $10,000.00 on Your behalf (cumulative amounts not to exceed $10,000.00 during each 24 consecutive hour period), except to the extent that such payments are for governmental agencies, state and local taxing authorities, court-ordered payment and/or addresses outside the United States of America. You authorize Us to post any such payments requested by You to Your Account(s). Payments requested by You through the use of Our Bill Pay service will be made either by share draft or electronic transfer and may take as long as 5 business days to be sent to the payee. The Credit Union can not guarantee the time any payment will reach any of Your creditors and accepts no liability for any service fees or late charges incurred by You. You may cancel a transaction scheduled for a future date only if We receive Your request for cancellation in time to stop the identified transaction. If You request such a cancellation and We are unable to process Your request, We will (but are under no obligation to do so) attempt to notify You prior to the posting of that transaction. You agree that once You have initiated a transaction, the Credit Union will have no liability for failure to fulfill Your request for stop payment. Transactions scheduled to take place on a weekend, holiday or a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g. February 30th or June 31st) will occur on the 2nd business day following such date. If You attempt to use the system and are told that "the system is not available", please try again later when service is restored.

HOME BANKING TRANSACTIONS. You, or someone you have authorized by giving them your St. Xxxxxxxx Federal Credit Union Home Banking user ID and password or other means of access (even if that person exceeds your authority), may instruct us to perform the following transactions: • View account balances and transaction history; • Make transfers between your qualifying accounts to the extent authorized; • Obtain information that we make available about your qualifying accounts; • Make payments on eligible loan accounts or lines of credit; • Make third party payments under the Bill Pay Service (see Bill Pay Service disclosure); • Obtain other services or perform other transactions that we authorize or make available now or at a future date.

Home Banking operates 24 hours every day. If You attempt to use the system and are told that "the system is not available," please try again later when service is restored. You may also use the Home Banking platform to access the Remote Deposit system to initiate the deposit of checks into Your share and share draft Account(s) You have with Us by using an internet enabled personal computer or mobile computing device (e.g. smartphone or tablet), an imaging application/device, special software and an Access Code and/or User ID. You understand and agree that the remote deposit of Items into Your deposit accounts with Us through use of Remote Deposit are not subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. § 1693 et seq.) or Regulation E (12 CFR 1005.1 et seq.). The remote deposit of Items into Your designated deposit accounts with Us is instead governed solely by the terms and conditions set forth in the separate remote deposit capture agreement.
HOME BANKING TRANSACTIONS. At the present time, You may use Home Banking in conjunction with Your Access Code and a personal computer for the following services: (a) transfer funds between Your share and share draft Accounts; (b) make payments from Your share and share draft Accounts to Your loan accounts with Us; (c) make a check withdrawal from Your share and share draft Accounts; (d) make advances on Your line of credit with Us; and (e) obtain balance, deposit, withdrawal and transaction information on Your credit accounts and deposit Accounts with Us. Home Banking operates 24 hours every day. Through the use of the Home Banking platform You may access Money Mover. Through the Money Mover Account-To-Account (“A2A”) feature You may transfer funds from: (i) Your Credit Union checking account(s) to other deposit accounts owned by You that are located at financial institutions outside of the Credit Union; and (ii) deposit accounts owned by You that are located at financial institutions outside of the Credit Union to Your Credit Union Accounts. The transfer of funds is subject to a maximum (incoming and outgoing combined) of: (a) $2,500.00 per business day; (b) $5,000.00 during each 10-consecutive calendar day period; (c) $10,000.00 during each 30-consecutive calendar day period; and (d) $10,000.00 during each 60-consecutive calendar day period.
HOME BANKING TRANSACTIONS. At the present time, you may use Home Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and loan accounts, as allowed, including loan payments. • Transfer funds to accounts of other members as authorized. • Review savings and checking account balance, transaction history and dividend information. • Review loan account balance, transaction history, payment dates and finance charges (excluding credit cards and mortgage loans with escrow accounts). • Review available copies of cleared checks, e-statements and tax information • Initiate bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service, when available. • Access and use the personal financial management services and budgeting tools • Communicate with the Credit Union using electronic mail (E-mail). Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures. The Credit Union does not make any warranty, express or implied, to you regarding the Intuit Quicken, Quickbooks or Microsoft Money software programs including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
